Even though the ski resorts justify the 40% increase in season pass prices and 55% increase in day ticket prices by highlighting the escalating climate crisis and emerging global pandemic, the class action lawsuit argues that such drastic increases demonstrate the suppression of competition in violation of Federal antitrust laws.
